I think you’re referring to the inflorescence and to my knowledge these type of orchids do not readily propagate from the stems. It would be nice 👍🌱

I saw a video on FB this morning where they cut about 2" lengths of the spent flower stalk and wrapped them in wet paper towels, then sealed in plastic wrap. Voila, 5 seconds later there were lots of little plants. I think it was a phalaenopsis. I didn't know if this was a thing, or FB magic.

Stem propagation in Phalaenopsis is very common. I bet there are other genera of orchids that can be coaxed to propagate that way but I only know of phals.
