Access the block lists provided.
Profile>Moderation>Moderation lists>Choose a list>select Subscribe.
That instantly blocks anyone on the list & anyone added to it later.

Informative article. So one day the ads will arrive! Sad. My policy is never to buy a product from an ad that rudely interrupts me - which is most of them. So think carefully about how to use them when you have to introduce them
