it may just be some inexperienced folks trying to do this but there are safety issues. And again, so everyone stands around, maybe with signs, will there be any available and then say now what? Friend emailed them in the 50501 website for more info, were told, just go, you’ll find out then! Yikes

Oh, there’s definitely signs of inexperienced folks trying to do the right thing - and fwiw - I commend them for jumping to action in this moment.

We need more younger groups able and willing..

But.. education before acceleration.

Planning always comes before organizing.

I agree on younger. Been fighting for abortion rights since 1979 and I’m tired. But we’ve seen too many rallies then nothing. Not how you organize and doesn’t change anything

The fight for logical rights.. will likely outlive the platforms we engage on.

Unfortunately these platforms - that are heavily segregated (politically) are going to be key in any fight at this point.

We’re in uncharted waters.

We’re in echo chambers.

I wish I had the answer.

Some are expressing concern that these may not be legit and they cannot find who the organizers are or any permits. They say they are worried these could be a set up by the musk/trump team to declare martial law. Could that be true? I am so anxious about *waves hands around* everything right now.
