Aggregation of different pieces of unclassified data can sometimes create a classified document. As with most things it's complicated. There should still be an ISSO to ensure that what's being put on that website needs to be there, but... 🤷🏼‍♂️

The mere fact of it being Classified and then disseminated w/out permission.

This is the same shit they got Chelsea Manning and Reality Winter for - 18 U.S. Code § 798 - Disclosure of classified information
