So I have looked further into it, and have found that apparently they can still access the apps for images and use the image even with this permission off. They just won't be able to reply and post the edited image in the server... 😑 When I originally looked into this when it first started-

Guys, you can disable the use of apps in your own servers. So you can still post your art in your own or any server you know for sure they have disabled the use of 3rd party apps. The button will show up, but they won't be able to use any of the apps they have installed. It's in user permissions.
