FIrst, we have THREE co-equal branches of this government. Just writing out the judiciary when the Article II and Article I branches won't follow the law/keep their oaths to the constitution? Sounds like f*ckery to me.

Second, this boils down to basic contract law. And courts rule on that All. The. Damn. Time.
Third, I do NOT accept that impeachment is the *only* possible check on an out of control President/Executive branch. We've already seen how *that* has worked out.

Fourth, I do NOT accept that because SCOTUS ruled the Constitution to be Unconstitutional and put Trump above criminal prosecution that this automatically extends such immunity to the entire Executive Branch.

If SCOTUS wants it that way? Then they need to rule that way--and we get there through suits like the one we're discussing.
Also, this isn't even criminal accountability, it's civil.

And see number 2, this is basic contract law. THE GOVERNMENT MADE CONTRACTS WITH FOLKS WHO DELIVERED GOODS AND/OR SERVICES.
What happens to our economy when the Full Faith and Credit of the US becomes null and void? THIS is essentially what Conway is advocating, and I think it's BS.
