While it is in theory great to cook with fresh ingredients, I increasingly find myself trying to buy frozen versions of things where possible. Often, this compromises neither taste nor nutrition and extends the timeline for actually consuming the food that I buy.

Except sometimes if I buy too much stuff I’m lazy to freeze it that day and then it isn’t as good when freezing 😭
