I haven't even had a cold in 4 years. Masks are great. Even if I didn't have cancer and didn't have to worry about my immune system deciding not to function, even if they utterly eliminated COVID somehow, I would still mask when I go out because never getting sick is AMAZING.

Genuinely, this is so real. In the past 5 years the only times I’ve Actually been sick, it was Covid. Which sucks, but…that’s 2 times in half a decade. When I used to get sick at least once a year.

Needless to say, the mask is staying. ✨

I started masking before Covid when I was taking a crowded bus to work daily. I was just sick of always catching something from someone with the wettest cough. Not being sick is great!
