Can we please stop normalizing colds, flus, and other viruses? It doesn’t have to be inevitable anymore. There are ways to try and prevent the spread. Illness can cause disability. It can really affect you in long term ways. It benefits everyone by not spreading sickness.

Especially since prior to my masking all the time, I'd have this issue where my immune system would beat back like, 80% of a virus, so I'd never be sick enough for society's rules of when to call out-
Some of it is also changing environment, and taking allergy meds, but even so. The masking DRASTICALLY reduced all that nonsense.
Just because I don't KNOW if I'm sick, doesn't mean I'm ACTUALLY not sick.
But it kind of IS inevitable to some degree. We can mitigate risk but not eliminate risk. Especially if you have kids.
