Zakh, how does random selection works? Can I choose a leader randomly, and then pick a civilization I find is best suited? Or I won't know if they match until the game starts?

At the moment you can set random on leader and/or civ, but you can't random a leader then pick a civ after finding out which leader you randomed. The random only runs after you launch the game.
