Happy thanksgiving! Here is a slightly unconventional use of leftovers with quesadillas.

-large Flour tortilla
-Turkey
-cranberry sauce
-Mac & cheese
-pepper jack cheese
-sage

Heat until cheese is melted. Cut into pieces.

Side bowls of gravy and hot sauce for dipping.
