My paternal grandfather was an immigrant in 1940. My maternal great x10 grandfather was an immigrant - he stepped off the Mayflower in 1620. This does not give me the right to treat others with disregard. Rather I have the legacy to correct mistakes made by my fathers. I know better. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

All of my ancestors were immigrants. Some came over in 1642, the other met them when they got here, but they immigrated (by foot) a few dozen centuries before that. Hominids are not native to the Americas.
