The Let Them theory in practice. If parents are unhappy, let them be. You know you are doing a good job, keep on doing what you are doing.
But confidence and resilience building should be an important part of school's CPD programmes. Too often it is left to individuals to teach themselves this and it has such a huge effect on their work life it shouldn't be left solely to them.
