You can. Here - this plug-in helps a lot removing all that 'WOKE IS AN AFFRONT TO OUR 4TH REICH' shit that isn't even close to the subject you're actually serching for. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/youtube-cleaner/

And without additional plugins, if you see an offending video in your feed, you can mark it "Do not recommend channel again" from the 3-dot menu.

I've already zapped most of these channels by now.
