It will do. I'm eating more, but I'm working out too. Anaerobic workouts are much better than just walking. Not only do you burn cals but it increases metabolism and uses more material for repair. This uses up protein stopping the protein from turning into fat.
yeah i do anaerobics three times a week and then I walk every day (while eating lots of protein all days). I need to remind myself that losing like 3-5 lbs in a week isn’t good for the body and it’s best if the weight loss is gradual
