Why is our right to a healthy quality of life being EXPLOITED? In America, private healthcare systems & insurance companies have raised rates & costs on us… while providing less quality time during patient-provider appointments + less approvals of coverage for life-saving medications & procedures.

The term “universal” when paired with “healthcare” can sound too big, too impersonal, too much to tackle… but that’s not what it is OR what we’re demanding while on strike.
It means ALL Americans receive health care. Access to health services that are equitable and fair is a HUMAN RIGHT.

So, here is what I’ll say…
Australia & The Netherlands are top countries in the world for healthcare performance. I believe the UK is up there as well. All have Universal Healthcare adaptations.
They focus on what we lack: primary care, less mergers, better environments.
We eat & allow too many cancerous, addicting, bad for us ingredients in our food products. And in our household products. And in our toiletries.
The amount of pollutants, heavy metals, carcinogens & hormone-disruptors we’re exposed to daily should be criminal.

Locally 👉 Create more co-ops, community gardens, free programming for citizens of all ages to learn how to grow their own food & medicinal herbs, fund integrative & functional models over big systems (that mainly treat surface-level symptoms NOT root cause issues)

3. Get your flu shots ASAP.
4. Buy arms if you don't already have them.
5. Take your name off of all social media accounts.
6. Only keep enough cash in your bank to cover weekly expenses.
7. Keep your gas tanks full
That said, I would add, find a good VPN service and start using it for all your internet needs
