This issue with posts like this is that a true thing can be completely misconstrued to get more engagement. “Now mandates” connotates urgent and acute, when this is not new at all. Is it shitty that the app does this? Yes. Did the gov/political climate JUST make them do this? No.

Always research what you see on social media. We make a real effort to research stuff, even before reposting. You can avoid unknowingly spreading misleading info by doing a quick search.

Also: research what we post/repost too. Even if we do so prior, we could’ve missed an important piece of info out there. Then tell us if there’s a something misleading so we can correct it. We keep us safe. 🫶
