Yeah that was a little odd, definitely jarring to recognize a bunch of the design elements iconic of the prime series pushed up against the new weirdness that exists only in this game

i liked the other new ones! they felt like they could have been more daring, but they were doing something interesting. maybe i'll like the halo elites in context haha

dude I fucking love Metroid Fusion it's hands down my favorite Metroid game of all time
The sheer DREAD that comes from playing or even WATCHING that blind is crazy
Unless ur already very spoilered, definitely play it as blind as you can.
