After a month of denials, I began asking similar questions. Within 2 days, one of the National directors called and left this message;

“You are approved for any dose (Mounjuro for Diabetes) in the future prescribed by your Doctor.”

These Questions = Accountability.

Thank you! Even if only some requests are met, an insurance company’s failing to provide validation can help expose errors. This may spur improved practices and legislative regulations. Sharing responses online & with media may also help. NPR publicizes outlandish bills weekly, helping many.
