I'm done with Target. I sent them an angry letter and deleted their app. I went to Sprouts today to find some things I couldn't get at Costco. It was nice.

At the same time, look out for the ones who continue to honor their commitments to their employees and communities. You may have to look a little harder, because they're often quieter in their methods than before (to avoid having bulls-eyes painted on their backs). But they're still doing the work.
