A tidy and thorough summation. As for the decisions, I thought the ref was excellent yesterday, and it was notable that he (correctly) awarded the penalty against Lamptey whilst it was VAR that decided the Forest player handling the ball in the area didn't handle the ball in the area.

It was a very bad day at the office, but nothing to get too carried away about. Various mistakes were made, starting, for me, with fitness levels, which appear to have slumped. Was this the same team I watched at Man Utd? No. Vital players missing, Baleba for example. Lamptey @ full back? No! No!

I also don't want to over-react and Hurzeler needs time to show he can adapt to this league. But it's NEVER acceptable to lose 7-0 whatever team you have to put out. So this can't happen again.
