Congress can object to the certification under the Count Act on the basis Dump violates AM14 §3.

Unfortunately this doesn’t apply because it wasn’t proven in a court of law. Thank Merrick Garland’s DOJ for waiting until 2023 to start proceedings on Trump.

Disinformation & election interference are also factors in this loss. Questioning why/ what are valid & not conspiritorial. We need to decide if we're going to dare to "look" crazy when fighting FASCIST fucks or shame one another into silence b/c we love a good moment to show how pragmatic we are.
