A talking point I've had with some friends about Smash Bros.:
New Smash Bros on Switch 2 can happen, but with Air Riders happening this year, I really can't see it happening until 2028 at the absolute earliest.
The next few dozen Directs are gonna be a speculation *nightmare*.

Sakurai says he is too busy recently to use social media.

Kirby Air Riders must be wrapping up which is set to release in 2025.
I think Smash Bros. for Switch 2 is going to be a major priority. Sakurai will likely be involved.
