The secret sauce is writing your test files using page object models. Then we can provide different page objects for different test frameworks like Detox or @playwright.dev based on the platform.

The nice parts of this approach:
✅ Write your tests in JS/TS
✅ Use familiar and mature testing tools
✅ Familiar design pattern to many developers

Drawbacks:
❌ More boilerplate than other approaches

Luckily, if you like using @cursor.com.web.brid.gy Composer or the like, it's pretty good at translating page object models from one test framework to another, so you can pawn off writing the boilerplate code to the robots if you like
