Okay, when someone asks you how your weekend was, they are also saying: Ask me how my weekend was. And if you say, "Fine" to their question, and then ask, "How was your weekend?" then you won't have to do any talking. Just smile and give a thumbs up.

I dread that question every Monday. I generally can get away with “non-eventful”, but there’s those who press for more &when I share they are quite literally shocked I did absolutely nothing, outside of exercise, walk the dog &maybe grocery shopping. They’re even more perplexed I like it that way.
