As a 2H Pisces with no planets but my LoF (?!) i am good at chasing rainbows. Like my Uranus in Sag 11H w/ MC, proof of pudding feels ethereal and never tangible. Never actually attain success, but need to feel validation from within.

Ooo interesting take! I always call the 2H the house of resources - money yes but time, energy, talents - stuff we have to offer others, but never thought of it in terms of what we need from others/the world. But as a 2H Libra Sun conjunct South Node this need for ‘proof’ makes sense 🤔

And I totally agree with your delineation as well! The 2H absolutely has to do with what belongs to us/what we have, but imo the 2H doesn’t stop there. The thing that affirms what belongs to us is our ability to perceive it on a material level through external stimuli.

For ex. I like to think of 2H/8H axis as our axis of attachment formation (as children) & the 2H represents those material needs that are required in order for a child to feel safe/secure. Do u have safety? The proof is found in the material realm, through external stimuli received from caregivers

Gosh this makes so much sense. 2H/8H for me is Libra/Aries, I seek “proof” I exist/have substance through being perceived and take it really hard when I’m not seen/heard. I kind of thought this was security/insecurity from an air moon in the 10H but with my Sun involved in 2H this tracks more

The 2H is very “I’ll believe it when I see it.” And individuals with 2H placements will not be satisfied with a non-material manifestation of those matters. They need to see it “in front of them” in order to be convinced by it.

Uranus as a generational planet is enigmatic in nature. The house where Uranus resides in the natal is very changeable in the sense that just as you’re about to grasp it, the rug is pulled out from under you and you have to adjust once again. It can create an oscillation between engagement & apathy
