It's strikingly similar to the moral position that people like Albert Speer held as ministers in the Nazi war machine. Humans as working livestock. The Nazi elite as a cossetted and isolated race of rich, decadent 'supermen' with fat bank accounts in Geneva and detailed escape plans.
