There's so much love in the kitchen. My mother was born Italian Catholic and converted when she married my father. Her matzoh balls were like lead balls, but I Loved them. Everything she made was a little of both worlds in cooking. I miss them both so much. Seder was something to look forward to

My mother made the Best Matzoh Brei that didn't look scrambled, but was a full on pie looking dish, fried up in the pan. I LOVED it!
I made this choc chip cookie recipe with matzo meal in place of flour a few weeks ago and they were delicious.
