Man who was prohibited from giving court testimony due to unreliability in Wisconsin now responsible for determining a makeup artist was a member of TdA. I'm sure nothing went wrong there. Surely not. 🤬

former sergeant, received misdemeanor in 2007 after kicking in door of apartment he shared with girlfriend & threatening to kill himself with revolver. He was fired from Milwaukee, Wis, police depart in 2012 after drunkenly crashed into house & also being investigated for falsely claiming overtime.
