Wouldn't happen to have JVM/Kotlin targets would it?
I have a lot of beef with how JVM workers in the bazel tool chain operate. But I think the issue extends to other greedy VM based compilers.

Oof. Yeah not as familiar with the TS tool chain there, but I bet it's using that same worker pattern. VM grows large per worker, doesn't conservatively scale down.

And it's especially bad in Linux environments where the JVM assumes it can operate in "server" mode with rather aggressive heap policies
