You had more apprehensions initially because you had caravans of a thousand or more at a time attempting to cross. From about 2022 on you had fewer apprehensions because you had fewer agents out actually patrolling. They were changing diapers and processing illegals.

What I will tell you is any assertion that the Biden admin, or the left in general, has any desire to secure our borders is hysterical. Biden’s appointed “Border Czar” only visited the border under heavy political pressure. I happen to live here. There is a reason Democrats were killed on this issue

Right. Thats why somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 million unvetted migrants crossed over under Biden. His admin took border security so seriously that the American people overwhelmingly supported Republicans on the issue.
