I hope this isn't being misinterpreted as making it sound okay to not do much of anything. You should be finding something you can do. We are all in this together, and we all need to step up, and step out of our comfort zones.

It's okay if they way you're fighting back isn't the way that is most loudly pushed for on social media. It's okay if it's something you can't share, or don't want to share. It's okay if it's quiet. It's okay if it's gentle. It's okay if it isn't flashy or fierce.
What matters is that it IS.

Do an amount that makes you uncomfortable, but not that risks your survival. Give more than what you think you can, however you can, but not so much that you fall apart.
These are uncomfortable times. Push your comfort zone.
