Technically yes. However, my mouse and the game’s mouse kept misaligning. I got around it by pressing certain buttons on the interface, which cause some loading long enough for me to line my mouse back up with the game’s. It was weird. lol
Let me give you a tip:
Even though only 15 dithered results exist for the actual colors in Mario Paint's palette, more can be created as needed using the game's Stamp Mode, up to 15 due to the game's limitations.
This. Is. A LEGIT MASTERPIECE! Bro, if I did this, I could barely get the shading in and I would draw the body parts of the characters wrong! This should be in a museum!

It was a bit of a pain drawing this with my set up. However, if I feel up to it, I might at least draw Erma. Maybe. lol
