Gas, it’s easier FOR ME to know where hot and cool spots are. But it’s just like cooking on a stove fr just knowing when to flip your meats, making sure it’s cooked throughly and seasoning correctly. Also making sure your marinades aren’t causing any unnecessary stickiness.
