my mistake, there appear to be a total of 3 cultural nights over the course of the season: AAPI Celebration, Jewish Heritage Celebration, and Haitian Celebration

I really hope I'm wrong about this & they just haven't announced the full calendar yet(last year's press release is from 4/29), but I don't have much hope when diversity policies are dropping like flies.
