Anyone involved at any level with these kidnappings is breaking the law. That's not up for debate.

Why can’t the local police arrest people who claim to be part of ICE but they have no badges, no ID and they wear a mask when they apprehend a person? Why can’t they pursue and arrest these kidnappers and detain them? Aren’t these make believe ICE terrorist breaking the law?
