Learned awhile back that you dont save the blog post, you "print" the recipe then save THAT page.

I don't have a printer but yeah - I don't think they even have a printer friendly button anymore they just do it when you press print and you HOPE it works like it always has.

Soon they'll take that from us too. It'll print but it will also print a full page ad with it.

Oh I don't print it either, I just click on the print option. It usually opens a print ready version without the stuff on it.

Though I've already seen them insert ads into those, so I fear the time for this trick is limited.

If you go to a recipe page, add https://cooked.wiki/ ahead of the https in the link and it will be just the recipe and ingredients. It makes all the recipe sites just functional again instead of unusable.
