Not sure this is a good way to accurately track it. For example most kids in the UK are made to learn French at school, but not many actually speak it. 🤔
Indeed; 3 years of compulsory French lessons at secondary school (and another 2 years of voluntary French lessons at GCSE level) and I can’t speak French at all 😕
