The Tobu Railway led redevelopment of Ikebukuro Sta east exit has continued to undergo design review. The construction period, including demolition is scheduled from 2027 to 2043. Below is a picture I inadvertently took 2 months ago, Buildings on both sides of the street will be demolished.
