Didn't even realize it until after I prepped tonight's salads and was looking through the fridge and couldn't find the chicken ... I had left it in the microwave while we ate dinner last night so it could cool and be safe from cats And then just left it there for 24 hours fml - ThreadSky

I use the microwave, the oven, & a cake cover for food on the table.

Or I did, anyway. It feels weird to not have to worry about that anymore.

Thank you. Husband and MiL were very sweet about it but I feel awful for ruining dinner (and lunch + another dinner....)
