This is too real. I'm sorry you have this issue as well! I have severe iron deficiency anemia and have to get an infusion every few months. My body can't hold onto its stores and my ferritin always ends up plummeting down to around 12 again. Nobody knows why! It's so frustrating. *labored hug*
