Shocking to me what a miracle EA Sports WRC is. Perfectly competent game with new seasons coming in the form of DLC rather than a whole new game every time. Probably helped that it was originally going to be Dirt Rally 3.0 before EA bought Codemasters and slapped the WRC license on top of the game

I’m very curious to see how EA College Football will now do year on year. There’s a market there, but also real desire for gameplay and dynasty modes to be improved and added to from that fanbase.

I never kept up with PES/FIFA annually because money, but every couple of years I'd get one and you really felt the difference. Last FIFA I got was 22 and honestly aside from player and team changes I really don't see the point in changing. Ultimate team never been my thing.

With all their hardcore dedication to Live Service games, it seems weird to me that the perfect genre for Live Service feels untouched. I know they want to sell a new $70 game every year, but seems lile 2K and Fifa/FC are 70% live service already. From the outside anyway

Just my point of view. ISS Pro Evolution 2 was peak for me after that I stopped getting football games .
The yearly releases with slight iterations on tech and roster updates, was just off putting for me.
