In my Thief II level Blackmail, I put a lever inside a fireplace hooked to a trap door dropping into a room with a body on the table. On the wall there was a button that said, "Don't Press Me". Players who did got rained on by giant spiders. I laugh every time someone pushes it on a YT play through.
