Yeah you get a bunch of exclusive "trans mom/dad" dialogue as a trans pc. It also has different options based on your AGAB.

The companion is trans masculine and I got a really cute scene where my pc interrupted the companions rant on no one enjoying womanhood with the fact that does and chose it

I don't even use it how these fuckers seem to think I do, despite being a top etc. I think most irl trans women are like that. It sucks to see us flattened to a stereotype instead.
