Yes but, be aware it deviates from the manga quite heavily. This upset a lot of people so you'll get a lot of people telling you to not watch later seasons. Make your own judgement call imo.

I personally loved Tokyo ghoul;
I watched the all three seasons and it’s honestly one my favorite darker themed animes I’ve seen.
It can be very gory so be prepared for that. ☺️
