My guess is there was a deal made. DeSatan appoints Frump’s daughter-in-law, Lara, to fill Rubio’s vacant Senate seat and DeSatan gets a spot at the big boys’ table.
LtGov Nunez then appoints pedo-Gaetz as Lt Gov.
All around, FL is still screwed.
