Decided I'm going to start training again. Starting as of yesterday. Going to take a progress photo and weigh-in every Saturday.
The plan is to do a daily progressive workout. Starting at 10 of each Exercise and adding 1 of each a day until I max out capabilities of each.

I imagine the daily limit on Pull-Ups will max out first.
First thing I noticed is that my posture is currently sitting high on my right side. Tone in my abs is heavily reduced, and calves are pretty thin.
Starting weigh-in is 58kg
