People who work for you aren’t stepstools for you to achieve greater heights, they’re the foundation upon which you’re given a chance to grow and thrive, and if you respect and take care of them you shouldn’t need to live in fear about them getting poached or whatever. For those who don't know why some localization companies withhold staff credits, it's so:
1) devs who think loc staff did a good job won't hire them independently
2) other loc companies can't poach them
3) contractors can't find each other to compare notes
4) company brand is elevated above people

I struggled to find any of them until I finally came across Jessica’s Twitter.
I can only imagine this issue to be a big reason why it was so hard.
