I’m having another round of PT/OT for that specifically right now. Plus a specific brace I had to pick up.
There’s a few exercises with therapy clay (making pinching and key twist motions with it), pinching bag clips slowly, and one with a rubber band (I can take a pic or doodle it tomorrow).

One better than what I was hoping for last night! Found the actual exercises I use. (Bracelab's CMC joint brace is saving me from pain rage right now)
All my joints are super loose, so I'm under constant re-tuning.
