Pumpkin, specifically the Libby's recipe on the back of the can of pumpkin. Most of the store versions frankly suck in comparison, but I could eat a whole Libby's recipe pumpkin pie.

Strawberry rhubarb is my mother in law's specialty and I don't know what magic she puts in there. Pumpkin there's a lot of ways to go, but I say top with cool whip!

Pumpkin and lemon meringue are my top two pies as well. My mom used to always needed to make extra pumpkin pies because one had a tendency to disappear ^.^
